How to apply 5 port 2 position valve?

    • The air supply enters the valve body from the inlet to fill with air, the movable iron will seal the valve port, lead the air supply into the rear cover of the piston. Push the shaft from right side to the piston holder, and then the air supply will flow to the valve outlet.
    • Press down the manual rod and push it out after leading the air supply into the piston. Push the shaft to the rear cover, the air supply will flow to the valve outlet, and then the residual air supply discharges from the exhaust port.
    • After the manual rod returns, the rear cap piston will push the shaft return to the piston holder. The air supply will flow to the valve outlet, and discharges from the exhaust port.
    • Keep energizing and exciting the coil, the movable iron will be attracted by the magnetic force to open the side valve holder, and then the air supply will be leaded into the piston. Afterward, the piston starts to operate and push the shaft to the rear cover, keeping the air inside the valve body.
    • After the coil power being cut off, the coil will reset and shut down the gate. And then the shaft will push the valve holder return to its position. Finally, the residual air supply of the holder will discharge from the coil then to the exhaust port.
