How to apply air operated valve?
Control valves mainly use manual, pneumatic, electric or mechanical circuit contact to control operating units, complete the movement which users want. Control valves can be divided into mechanical valves, hand valves, air operated valves and solenoid valves, according to different control directions.
➤ Working principles for air operated valve
- The air supply enters the valve body from the inlet to fill with air and leads into the rear cover of the piston. And then push the shaft to the piston holder, the air supply will discharge to the valve outlet.
- After the air supply enters the air control holder, the air supply will be leaded into the rear cover of the piston side, and push the shaft to the rear cover side. Finally, the air supply will flow to the valve outlet and then discharges from the exhaust port.
- Shot down the air control holder piston and air supply and will push the shaft return to the piston holder. The air supply will be exhausted to the valve outlet, and then to the exhaust port.
